Who operates Acqyrly

Acqyrly is a Deal Intelligence Platform for business acquisition, valuation, and financing analysis, operated by Packet Rain LLC (“Acqyrly,” “we,” “us”). This policy describes the information we collect through the Acqyrly website and application and how we use it.

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to give us, including:

  • Contact details submitted through calculators, financing-review requests, and the Contact Sales form (name, email, phone, company, and the message or details you provide).
  • Organization details such as company name, contact information, and report branding preferences (logo and color choices) if you configure them.

Account and authentication information

Signing in to the Acqyrly application uses Google sign-in (OAuth). We receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google to create and maintain your account, and we use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Deal and financial analysis information

When you use Acqyrly’s deal workspaces and calculators while signed in, the deal, business, and financial figures you enter — such as purchase price, revenue, SDE/EBITDA, financing structure, and the resulting analysis outputs — are saved to your account so you can return to them later. This information is not limited to your current session; it persists until you delete it or your account is closed.

Billing and payment processing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects and processes your payment method directly; Acqyrly does not receive or store your full card number. We retain billing-related records such as your subscription plan, status, and a Stripe customer reference so we can maintain your subscription and provide support.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Acqyrly application and its analyses and reports.
  • Respond to financing-review requests, sales inquiries, and support questions.
  • Process billing and manage subscriptions.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the platform.
  • Communicate with you about your account, deals, or requests you submit.

Service providers

We share information with service providers who help us operate Acqyrly, including Google (sign-in), Stripe (payment processing), our email delivery provider (sending lead and notification emails), and our hosting/infrastructure providers. These providers are only permitted to use the information as needed to provide their services to us.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention and deletion requests

We retain account, deal, analysis, and billing information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, and for legitimate operational, security, legal, and compliance purposes. If you would like your account or deal data deleted, contact us as described below and we will process your request consistent with our operational and legal obligations.

Cookies and session technologies

Acqyrly uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and functional cookies required for the application to work correctly. If product-analytics tooling is enabled, it may record aggregate, feature-level usage to help us understand and improve the product. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Sensitive information — your responsibility

Acqyrly’s analyses are designed to work from summary business and property figures. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, passwords, or other authentication secrets into deal fields, notes, or file names unless a specific, clearly secured workflow states that it is required. Acqyrly does not need this information to perform its analyses.

Children’s privacy

Acqyrly is a business tool intended for business owners, buyers, brokers, lenders, and advisors. It is not directed to, and should not be used by, children under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Acqyrly’s features or service providers change. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
