Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Acqyrly’s website, calculators, or application (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Acqyrly and Packet Rain LLC

Acqyrly is a Deal Intelligence Platform operated by Packet Rain LLC. References to “Acqyrly,” “we,” or “us” in these terms mean Packet Rain LLC.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for the activity that occurs under it and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Permitted use

You may use Acqyrly to analyze business acquisitions, valuations, and financing scenarios for your own transactions or those of clients you represent, consistent with your plan and any organization membership.

Decision-support only — no advice or lender commitment

Acqyrly provides decision-support tools and financial modeling based on the figures you enter. Acqyrly does not itself approve credit, make lender commitments, or guarantee financing. Nothing in the Service is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and calculations and reports are not certified appraisals unless a specific feature explicitly states otherwise. You should verify results and consult qualified professionals — including lenders, attorneys, accountants, and appraisers — before making financial decisions.

Your responsibility for source information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the business, financial, and property information you enter. Acqyrly’s outputs are only as reliable as the assumptions and source data provided.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable lending, securities, or consumer-protection laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account, deals, or organization data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Misrepresent Acqyrly-generated analyses as certified appraisals, lender commitments, or professional advice.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account billing settings. Fees are described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

Intellectual property

Acqyrly, its software, design, and content are owned by Packet Rain LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deal data and analysis inputs you enter remain yours; you grant Acqyrly the right to store and process that information to provide the Service to you.

Third-party services

The Service integrates or links to third-party services, including Google (sign-in), Stripe (payment processing), and financing partners such as Starting Gate Financial. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

Availability and modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific calculators or features, at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve your saved deal data when we do.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis or report will be accurate or suitable for a particular transaction.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to Acqyrly, other users, or third parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
